Cruise Club (Gay Bar)

Cruise Club was a fun place. I lived in Ann Arbor and sometimes didn’t want to drive all the way into Detroit and started hanging out at the Cruise Club. I went for a number of years 85-89. It never really drew a huge crowd like Backstreet or Menjos and seemed to cater more to the suburbanite locals. I think one time or two it was pretty jumpin on a Saturday night and Friday nights were hit or miss with modest amount of people. Had a lot of fun there and it was more like a locals hangout.
