I remember the compound, as a bunch of us kids lived on Virginia Park in what was called the gay house, and would hang out there it was not fancy but they had a kitchen for sanwiches and a juke box, with picnic tables on the main floor and downstairs where I met my lover Jim, there was a dollar cover on weekends and Bob the cook knew everyone and would introduce you to someone you were interested in.........
