Amigas (Gay Bar)
Amigas was located on Conant in Detroit. Ca. 1976-1985. It was also Adobe, Laura's, R Place, Third Man and Wild Goose Bistro. Share your stories about this place in the comments. *See Credits.
Went in here one evening with some other women artists in about 1981 and we danced our heads off. Old school bar- velvet ladies paintings on the walls. Love to know what address on Conant.
